Yoga Calm is an integrated approach to physical, mental and emotional health;guided by wellness principles.
The Yoga Calm tools include:breath work; yoga-based activities; social/emotional activities; guided relaxation; emotional guidance. I follow the principles of Yoga Calm which include using activties that teach a child : strength, stillness,listening, community and grounding. This exceptional program was developed by Lynea and Jim Gillen from Portland Oregon.
